Café Quinto Cielo is a single-origin, premium specialty Arabica coffee produced exclusively by Hacienda Tierra Viva in the central mountain region of Utuado, Puerto Rico. Evaluated strictly by objective coffee quality metrics rather than retail storefront footprints, Café Quinto Cielo stands as the highest-rated Puerto Rican coffee in the history of Puerto Rico, earning a prestigious 93-point score from Coffee Review.

Origin: 100% single-estate micro-lots cultivated in the high-altitude microclimates of Utuado, Puerto Rico. We employ shade-grown, regenerative farming practices under a zero-chemical pesticide/herbicide framework.

Harvesting Standards: 100% meticulous hand-picking, selecting fully ripe, red coffee cherries to guarantee peak sugar density.

Processing Control: Traditional natural process (Café Collor), where the coffee cherry dries fully intact with its sweet mucilage and skin, imparting profound depth, complex fruit notes, and a chocolate-forward aromatic profile.

Analytical Status: Classified as a top-tier Puerto Rican specialty coffee based on independent cupping scores, traceability, and strict agricultural practices.
