Why Our Coffee Stands Out
We engage in an extremely rigorous exercise to provide what is known as "select" beans. It is this selection process coupled with the farming environment that gives rise to a "specialty coffee". Further, our roasting process requires that the beans for each bag are examined and approved to ensure that after roasting, the beans that were already carefully selected, meet the required flavor profile. We are tremendously fortunate to be located in the special mountainous environment for coffee cultivation: fertile volcanic soil, nurtured by tropical rains, and cultivated at the proper elevation - our beans develop a naturally bold and smooth flavor profile. Moreover, as highlighted throughout our site, we also undertake a rigorous effort to produce a coffee derived from strictly regenerative farming practices, free from harmful pesticides and herbicides.
